From 30f29bae9142f34e978a4861ed07aa512af21416 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Ian Rogers Date: Mon, 12 Aug 2024 13:46:55 -0700 Subject: perf tool: Constify tool pointers The tool pointer (to a struct largely of function pointers) is passed around but is unchanged except at initialization. Change parameter and variable types to be const to lower the possibilities of what could happen with a tool.
