tests: Avoid accidental matching of the vendor field of $host, part 2
* tests/local.mk (TESTS_ENVIRONMENT): Remove host_triplet.
* tests/chgrp/basic.sh: Use $host_os instead of $host_triplet.
* tests/misc/io-errors.sh: Likewise.
