dircolors: add *direct* to TERM matching
Search for "direct color" at:
https://invisible-island.net/xterm/terminfo.html
* src/dircolors.hin: Add *direct* to match terminals that
support direct colors (24-bit color / TrueColor).
The trailing * will match entries like xterm-direct2.
