tests: avoid false failures on OpenBSD 5.7
* tests/du/threshold.sh: Homogenize getopt error messages.
* tests/misc/numfmt.pl: Likewise.
* tests/mv/i-3.sh: Skip on *BSD not just FreeBSD.
