Merge branch 'js/fetch-jobs'
"git fetch --jobs=<n>" allowed <n> parallel jobs when fetching
submodules, but this did not apply to "git fetch --multiple" that
fetches from multiple remote repositories. It now does.

fetch: let --jobs=<n> parallelize --multiple, too
