Merge branch 'js/init-db-update-for-mingw'
"git init" forgot to read platform-specific repository
configuration, which made Windows port to ignore settings of
core.hidedotfiles, for example.
* js/init-db-update-for-mingw:
mingw: respect core.hidedotfiles = false in git-init again
