Remove $Id: ..$ $Header: ..$ etc from +ko and +k files during import
This patch removes the '$Keyword: ...$' '...' data, so that files
don't have spurious megre conflicts between branches.
Handles both +ko and +k styles, and leaves the '$Foo$' in
the original file.
