gitk: UI text: change "SHA1 ID" to "Commit ID"
SHA1 might not stay forever, and plans to use SHA256 already exist,
so use the official name for it - "Commit ID".
Only visible UI texts are modified to reduce the noise when using
git-blame, while comments and variable names still contain SHA1/sha1.
