Merge branch 'rs/calloc-array'
CALLOC_ARRAY() macro replaces many uses of xcalloc().
* rs/calloc-array:
cocci: allow xcalloc(1, size)
use CALLOC_ARRAY
git-compat-util.h: drop trailing semicolon from macro definition
