Merge tag 'soc_fsl-6.18-1' of https://github.com/chleroy/linux into soc/drivers
FSL SOC Changes for 6.18:
- Use for_each_online_cpu() instead of for_each_cpu() in qbman
- Update FSL QUICC ENGINE GPIO driver to a standard platform driver
