drm/amd/display: Add Replay residency in debugfs
[Why]
Users can access the replay residency to get PHY off percentage
[How]
Start capture residency:
sudo echo 1 /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/eDP-1/replay_residency
Stop and Get replay residency:
sudo cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/eDP-1/replay_residency
