Merge branch 'pci/misc'

- Constify struct bin_attribute for sysfs, VPD, P2PDMA, and the IBM ACPI
  hotplug driver (Thomas Weißschuh)

- Update PCI_EXP_LNKCAP_SLS comment (Lukas Wunner)

- Drop superfluous pm_wakeup.h include (Wolfram Sang)
