Remove long-stale ext3 defconfig option
Inspired by commit c065b6046b34 ("Use CONFIG_EXT4_FS instead of CONFIG_EXT3_FS in all of the defconfigs") I looked around for any other left-over EXT3 config options, and found some old defconfig files still mentioned CONFIG_EXT3_DEFAULTS_TO_ORDERED. That config option was removed a decade ago in commit c290ea01abb7 ("fs: Remove ext3 filesystem driver"). It had a good run, but let's remove it for good.
