Merge branch 'pci/thunderbolt'
- Detect some Thunderbolt chips that are built-in and hence 'trustworthy'
by a heuristic since the 'ExternalFacingPort' and 'usb4-host-interface'
ACPI properties are not quite enough (Esther Shimanovich)
