staging: vc04_services: Replace VCHIQ_CONNSTATE_T enum typedef with enum vchiq_connstate
Replaces VCHIQ_CONNSTATE_T enum typedef with enum vchiq_connstate to
match kernel code style. Issue found by checkpatch.
