The conversion of all GPIO drivers to using the .set_rv() and
.set_multiple_rv() callbacks from struct gpio_chip (which - unlike their
predecessors - return an integer and allow the controller drivers to
indicate failures to users) is now complete and the legacy ones have
been removed. Rename the new callbacks back to their original names in
one sweeping change.

struct gpio_chip now has callbacks for setting line values that return
an integer, allowing to indicate failures. Convert the drivers to using
them.

As we want gpio_chip .get() calls to be able to return negative
error codes and propagate to drivers, we need to go over all
drivers and make sure their return values are clamped to [0,1].
We do this by using the ret = !!(val) design pattern.

TXx9 GPIO set/get routines are spinlock-safe. This patch make
gpio_direction_{input,output} routines also spinlock-safe so that they
can be used during early board setup.
