staging: vc04_services: Replace VCHIQ_BULK_DIR_T enum typedef with enum vchiq_bulk_dir
Replaces VCHIQ_BULK_DIR_T enum typedef with enum vchiq_bulk_dir to match
kernel code style. Issue found by checkpatch.
